helpful staff clean rooms great location old mattress revamped bathroom shower mildew
the staff were very helpful. i found clean rooms (a plus). the location is great near the ferry and lake shore.
the mattresses need an upgrade. the bathroom needs to be revamped. mildew around the shower door needs attention.

i found the staff to be very helpful. free parking was a great amenity. i was happy to have sufficient umbrellas available . the hotel location is near a bus stop, made public transport convenient.
the breakfast was decent, but it didn't quite reach the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel.

nice stay by the lake
super clean rooms comfortable beds complimentary toiletries ample storage
the rooms were super clean, and the beds were quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night. i liked the complimentary toiletries provided, like the handwash, bodywash, and hairdryer. i had a balcony with views of the lake and mountains, it was a fantastic view. plus, the room had enough storage space, it helps to keep suitcases out of the way.
the shower glass was a little awkward, it did not lock in place very well. it was a minor inconvenience.

lack of air conditioning unwilling staff
the on-site restaurant served local and international dishes accompanied by attentive service.
I was disappointed in the lack of air conditioning. The room felt stuffy. i made a table reservation a week prior but did not get my table of choice. the front desk staff seemed unwilling to exchange euros for swiss francs, stating that it wasn't a bank.

cute staff delicious breakfast easy access
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! the staff was cute and helpful. the included breakfast was also particularly good. I especially liked the fresh bread. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions!!!
the room was a bit smaller than i had expected, but it was still very clean.
